Statue of Christ in Makale, Sulawesi

There is a statue of Christ in Makale in Tana Toraja on Sulawesi, on top of Buntu Burake hill. It is very new, erected in August 2015 only. It is made of bronze, 40 m tall and is higher than the statue in Rio de Janeiro. When I was there in March 2016 the site was unfinished yet: the road was being built, commercial area around (shops, cafes). We went there without a road, it took us about half an hour from the city to the top, and we did not regret.
